Ignore the crap quality of the video and listen to the music instead. John Carpenter made both the movie Assault on Precinct 13 and it's soundtrack in 1976. The movie is okay... but the music! Just listen to it! Brilliant dark electronica just as futuristic as anything made by Kraftwerk or anyone else at that time.
