This is cable TV Fiskis stylee. Almost like the creative cable TV I saw in Moscows suburbs a couple of years ago. There you "borrowed" electricity, phone, cable tv... everything... from the cables in the staircase. Now we have the same technology available here... Go, Fiskis, go!
