malte & johanna
Today me, Andreas, Johanna & Malte went out with Rödluvan (The Little Red Riding Hood - Andreas & Johannas boat). We had a nice ride to Fjäderholmarna.
a boy & a lake
Last Wednesday me and the kids went to lake Ljudarn outside Stockholm. This little guy found the water very interesting and fell into it. His only comment was: "Cool!" Afterwards he borrowed some dry clothes from his friends. There were no pants to borrow so he had to borrow a jacket instead. He tied it around his waist and started to run around telling everyone that this was the "new skirt style".

my family
The whole family gatherd to say farewell to my sister Anna. She went back home to Thailand again today. I hope this season will be free from giant waves, sinking boats and hours floating around in the sea shipwrecked. Fingers crossed, knock on wood and all that stuff. See ya next summer!
stair climber
Malte loves to walk in stairs. So we help him out. This time it's dads turn to go for the walk. Malte is very happy when he's walking up and down and up and down...

That same evening but now Malte is with mother Johanna instead. He can't sit still for one second as you can see in the photo.

This is Andreas & Malte at Koh Pha Ngan - not the island - the restaurant. My sister only lives in Thailand for 9 months each year so when she comes to Sweden for a short visit she insists that we go to thai restaurants. So we did. Malte liked it.

hunter s thompson cannonized
On August 21 Hunter S. Thompson was cannonized. His ashes are now spread around Aspen and the Rockies with the help of a giant cannon. Some pieces of his ashes maybe even reached space. That would be pretty cool. I hope he was satisfied with his funeral.
Bob Moog has died aged 71
Total sadness. One of my biggest heroes, Bob Moog, died of brain cancer on August 21. A great loss for all of us who love original thinkers, organic food and electronic music. For anyone interested I recommend Hans Fjellestad documentary about Robert Moog titled "Moog" - it's much better than the average boring users of IMDb thinks.

weeds
Besides Battlestar Galactica, GITS S.A.C. 2nd Gig & Monster, Weeds is the only TV series I actually take some time off to watch. Excellent scripts and Mary Louise Parker totally rocks as the weed selling suburban widow. I want to marry her. She's almost too cool.

This is the full moon shining through some reeds. The fog over the fields made this full moon night one of the best.
kick off
Got myself a new job at Kungsholmens Friskola. I'll be the new gym/swim/science teacher. How about that! And for the first time ever I'm one of the old dudes at the my job. Weird... We had this kick off at Tammsvik. Very nice. Had a nice swim in lake Mälaren and watched some drunk female estate agents playing beach volleyball. Totally surreal.

coffee
Bought this great little coffee maker. I've been drinking huge amounts of ice coffe the last week. Great stuff! I'm fast now!
