The Gordon Gekko Award 2005 goes to Stena Fastigheters own Mr Greed - Dan Sten Olsson. He makes 1948 € in pure profit on my crappy ghetto appartment each year. Greed is Good - my ass! What about all that bullshit about private enterprise and competition making everything better and cheaper? It hasn't happened here - more expensive and without any service is more like it. Dan Sten Olsson - I want at least a 1000 of those 1948 € back!!!
