Three fantastic movies from the swedish seventies have been released on DVD recently. Stellan Olssons Sven Klangs Kvintett with, among others, the legendary swedish jazz musician Christer Boustedt. Bo Widerbergs slow paced and beautiful police thriller Mannen på taket and Johan Bergenstråhles and Marie Louise De Geers funny and surreal art movie Hallo Baby. Once upon a time people really knew how to make movies in sweden. Pure joy!
